ReFix Kitchens is operated by Fixman Inc. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this website or contact us about cabinet painting and door replacement.
Information you provide
Our estimate form asks for your email and lets you provide your name, phone number, ZIP code and project details. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details and photos you choose to share. Please leave out payment-card numbers, identification documents and other sensitive information.
How inquiries are used
We use the information in your inquiry to respond, discuss your cabinets, check the service location and prepare for an estimate. The estimate form is not a newsletter sign-up.
Website and delivery services
Tilda hosts this website and processes submitted forms. Inquiries are delivered to the business mailbox used by the site owner and are also recorded in Tilda’s Leads section. Email delivery and storage are provided through Google Workspace. These services process information needed to host the site, deliver messages and maintain their systems.
Cookies and basic statistics
The site uses Tilda’s simplified statistics mode, which counts page views without cookies for tracking visitors and sessions. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels are not connected to this site. Hosting and form services may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect their services.
WhatsApp and external links
Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to a separate service. WhatsApp handles messages and related information under its own privacy policy. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Storage and your requests
Copies of inquiries may exist in Tilda, the receiving mailbox and the correspondence used to discuss your project. Storage in these systems is separate; removal from one does not automatically remove other copies. Submitting a request starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, place an order or create a contract for work. The work included, price, materials, schedule and any applicable service terms must be confirmed separately for your project.
Cabinet condition and finishes
Suitability for painting or replacement doors depends on the condition, construction and dimensions of the existing cabinets. Photos can help with an initial discussion; inspection and measurements may be needed. Colors on a screen can differ from physical samples and the finish in your kitchen.
Photos and illustrations
Before-and-after photographs show the same kitchens before and after painting. Process illustrations explain stages of the work and are not photographs of completed customer projects. Examples do not guarantee an identical result for every kitchen.
